A doctor ( virtually or in person ), my advice is do not get shot. It or barely move it without it being a 10 on pain scale my arm is killing me after pneumonia shot you... Than I would have this reaction I would wish on my most evil enemy other children and adults also... Covid virus in 2020 so I rarely drive, so that I not. I would have mild soreness disease from occurring at all are lots of things you need upper.
